- Orgeat SyrupStore-bought works140 ml
- Lemon Juice110 ml
- Rittenhouse Straight Rye Whiskey70 ml
- Simple Syrup 2:1170 ml

Combine the batch
Add the Angostura aromatic bitters, orgeat syrup, lemon juice, rye whiskey, simple syrup, and water to a large pitcher or machine-safe container.

Stir thoroughly until the syrups are fully dissolved and the lemon, bitters, and whiskey are evenly combined.

Chill and churn
Pour the mixture into the slush machine and run according to the machine instructions until it reaches a smooth, icy consistency.

Dispense into chilled glasses and serve right away while the texture is at its best.
