Resurrection Slush

A tropical blue cocktail with spiced rum, blue curaçao, lime, coconut water, and honey for an icy party pour with a citrusy kick.

Syrup

You need 70 ml for this batch

Makes 110 ml — 40 ml left over

Cooling

Let cool to room temperature before using in the slush mixture.

Combine the liquids
Add the spiced rum, blue curaçao, lime juice, coconut water, honey syrup, simple syrup, and water to a large pitcher or mixing container.

Mix thoroughly
Stir until the syrups are fully blended into the batch and the color looks even throughout.

Chill and churn
Pour the mixture into your slush machine and run according to the manufacturer’s instructions until it reaches a smooth, icy pourable texture.

Serve cold
Pour into chilled glasses and serve right away for the best consistency.

Chill the rum, blue curaçao, coconut water, and syrups before mixing to help the machine reach its best texture faster.
Stir the batch well before adding it to the machine so the honey syrup and thicker simple syrup are fully incorporated.
For a sharper citrus profile, serve soon after the mixture reaches a smooth, icy consistency.
