- Captain Morgan White Rum120 ml

Combine the batch
Add the lime juice, orgeat syrup, dry curaçao, white rum, dark rum, simple syrup, and water to a large pitcher or container.

Mix until uniform
Stir thoroughly so the citrus, syrups, spirits, and water are fully blended with no syrup settling at the bottom.

Chill and churn
Pour the mixture into your slush machine and run until it reaches a smooth, icy, pourable texture.

Dispense into chilled glasses and serve immediately while the Mai Tai texture is at its peak.
Tips
- Chill the rums, curaçao, lime juice, syrups, and water before mixing to help the batch reach its best texture faster.
