- Fever-Tree Light Indian Tonic Water1210 ml
- Simple Syrup 2:1270 ml
Method

Combine the liquids
Add the infused water, Fever-Tree Light Indian Tonic Water, and 2:1 simple syrup to a pitcher or directly to the slush machine bowl.

Stir just enough to evenly combine the syrup with the tonic and infused water, avoiding excessive foaming.

Run the machine until the mixture reaches a smooth, spoonable-but-pourable texture.

Pour into chilled glasses and serve right away, with optional mint leaves or pomegranate seeds if desired.
Tips
- Chill the tonic water and infused water before adding them to the machine for the quickest, smoothest texture.
