Method

Combine the base
Add the whole milk, natural yogurt, banana puree, fruits of the forest puree, and blueberry puree to a large jug or blender container.

Add seeds and sweetness
Add the chia seeds, cinnamon, goji berries, mixed seeds, honey, and simple syrup, then blend or whisk until the mixture looks smooth and evenly combined.

Chill and freeze
Pour the mixture into your frozen drink machine and freeze until thick, cold, and pourable.

Serve
Dispense into chilled glasses and serve right away while the texture is creamy and icy.

Tips

Chill the milk, yogurt, and fruit purees before adding them to the machine for a thicker, smoother serve.
