Ingredients

- Pitú Cachaca350 ml
- Lime Juice170 ml
- Simple Syrup 2:1320 ml
- Water1060 ml
Method

Combine the citrus and syrup
Add the lime juice and 2:1 simple syrup to a pitcher or mixing container and stir until evenly blended.

Add cachaça and water
Pour in the cachaça and water, then stir well so the batch tastes consistent from top to bottom.

Chill and churn
Transfer the mixture to your machine and freeze according to the machine directions until it has an icy, pourable texture.

Pour into chilled glasses and serve right away while the texture is at its peak.
Tips
- Chill the cachaça, lime juice, syrup, and water before mixing so the batch reaches its best texture faster.
