- Beefeater London Dry Gin130 ml
- Cointreau130 ml
- Lillet Blanc130 ml
- Lemon Juice130 ml
- La Fée Absinthe Supérieure10 ml
- Simple Syrup 2:1300 ml
- Water1050 ml
Method

Combine the batch
Add the gin, Cointreau, Lillet Blanc, lemon juice, absinthe, simple syrup, and water to a large pitcher or container.

Mix thoroughly
Stir until the syrup is fully incorporated and the citrus and spirits are evenly blended.

Chill the mixture
Refrigerate the batch until cold before pouring it into your machine.

Freeze and serve
Add the chilled mixture to the machine and process until icy and pourable, then serve in chilled glasses.
Tips
- Chill the gin, Cointreau, Lillet Blanc, lemon juice, syrup, and water before mixing so the batch freezes more evenly.
