1Wash the spinach if needed and shake off excess water.
2Blend the spinach with the chilled unsweetened apple juice until as smooth as possible.
3Use immediately as the spinach purée for the main recipe.

Add the apple juice, lime juice, cucumber juice, celery juice, spinach purée, and 2:1 simple syrup to a pitcher or mixing container.

Blend or whisk until the spinach purée is fully incorporated and the mixture looks even and green.

Chill and freeze
Pour the mixture into your slush machine and run until it reaches a thick, pourable texture.

Serve fresh
Dispense into chilled glasses and enjoy right away while the cucumber, apple, and lime flavors taste crisp.

Start with well-chilled juices and purée so the mixture thickens faster and tastes fresher.
