Ingredients

- Cognac Gautier VSOP200 ml
- Alcymist Amaretto200 ml
- Simple Syrup 2:1280 ml
- Water1230 ml

Measure the spirits
Add the Cognac Gautier VSOP and Alcymist Amaretto to a large pitcher or mixing container.

Sweeten the batch
Pour in the Simple Syrup 2:1 and stir until the mixture looks even and glossy.

Stir in the water to finish the batch and balance the drink for icy serving.

Churn and serve
Pour the mixture into your slush machine, freeze until smooth and pourable, then serve in chilled glasses.
Tips
