Method

Blend the base
Combine the spinach purée, broccoli purée, celery purée, desiccated coconut, banana purée, unsweetened brown rice milk, water, and 2:1 simple syrup in a blender. Blend until as smooth as possible.

Chill the mixture
Refrigerate the blended base until cold, especially if any purées or liquids started at room temperature.

Freeze and churn
Pour the chilled mixture into your slush machine and run until thick, icy, and pourable.

Serve cold
Pour into glasses and serve right away for the freshest green banana flavor and creamy texture.

Tips

Chill the purées and brown rice milk before mixing so the drink reaches its best texture faster.
Stir the base well before adding it to the machine, as banana and coconut can settle.
Serve soon after churning for the creamiest texture, or hold in the machine and stir occasionally if needed.
