- Sweet Red Vermouth210 ml
- Fernet-Branca40 ml
- Simple Syrup 2:1290 ml

Add the London dry gin, sweet red vermouth, Fernet-Branca, simple syrup, and water to a large pitcher or mixing container.

Mix thoroughly
Stir until the syrup is completely blended and the mixture looks uniform.

Chill and freeze
Cover and chill the base if time allows, then pour it into your frozen drink machine and run until it reaches a smooth, icy texture.

Pour into chilled glasses and serve right away while the texture is at its best.
