Ingredients

- St Germain120 ml
- Alberto Nani Organic Prosecco Extra Dry980 ml
- Water530 ml
- Simple Syrup 2:1260 ml
Method

Add the St Germain, water, and simple syrup to your mixing container and stir until the syrup is fully incorporated.

Pour in the prosecco and stir gently to combine without overworking the mixture.

Add the mixture to your slush machine and run until it reaches a smooth, icy, pourable texture.
