Ingredients

- Orange Juice850 ml
- Alberto Nani Organic Prosecco Extra Dry850 ml
- Simple Syrup 2:1200 ml
Method

Combine the base
Add the orange juice, Prosecco, and simple syrup to a pitcher or mixing container large enough to hold the full batch.

Mix gently
Stir slowly until the simple syrup is fully incorporated, taking care not to over-agitate the Prosecco.

Churn until icy
Pour the mixture into your frozen drink machine and run until it reaches a smooth, scoopable-pourable texture.

Dispense into chilled glasses and serve right away, with an orange twist if desired.
