- Captain Morgan White Rum290 ml
- Bols Peach140 ml
- Lime Juice140 ml
- Honey Mix290 ml
- Fresh Mint Leaves100 ml
- Fresh Pineapple Chunks430 ml
- Simple Syrup 2:150 ml
- Water460 ml

Prep the fruit and mint
Add the fresh pineapple chunks and mint leaves to a blender or mixing container with some of the liquid ingredients so they break down evenly.

Mix the base
Combine the white rum, peach liqueur, lime juice, honey mix, simple syrup, water, pineapple, and mint until the mixture looks uniform.

Freeze in the machine
Pour the mixture into the slush machine and run until it reaches a thick, icy, pourable texture.

Dispense into chilled glasses and garnish only if desired with the flavors already in the drink, such as mint or pineapple.
