- Amaro Nonino Quintessentia150 ml
- Aperol150 ml
- Lemon Juice150 ml
- Simple Syrup 2:1240 ml

Measure the base
Add the Bulleit Bourbon, Amaro Nonino Quintessentia, Aperol, lemon juice, simple syrup, and water to a large pitcher or mixing container.

Mix until uniform
Stir thoroughly until the syrup is fully dissolved into the spirits, citrus, and water.

Chill and churn
Pour the mixed base into your slush machine and run until it reaches a smooth, icy texture.

Serve cold
Pour into chilled glasses and serve right away for the best consistency.
Tips
- Chill the bourbon, amaro, Aperol, syrup, and water before mixing to help the base cool down more quickly.
- Use fresh lemon juice and strain out pulp or seeds for the smoothest texture.
- Mix the base completely before adding it to the machine so the citrus, spirits, syrup, and water are evenly distributed.
- Serve in chilled glasses as soon as the texture is thick and pourable.
