Method

Combine the liquids
Add the Havana Club rums, Disaronno, Frangelico, maraschino, lime juice, passion fruit puree, pineapple juice, and water to a large pitcher or container.

Mix until even
Stir thoroughly so the puree, juices, spirits, and liqueurs are fully blended before adding the batch to the machine.

Freeze in the machine
Pour the mixture into your frozen drink machine and run until it reaches a thick, icy, pourable texture.

Dispense into chilled glasses and serve right away while the texture is at its best.
Tips
- Chill the juices, puree, and rums before mixing so the batch thickens faster and pours more smoothly.
