- De Kuyper Crème de Cassis100 ml
- Simple Syrup 2:1260 ml
- Alberto Nani Organic Prosecco Extra Dry480 ml

Combine the base
Add the vodka, lemon juice, crème de cassis, simple syrup, Prosecco, and water to a clean pitcher or mixing container.

Stir until the syrup is fully incorporated, taking care not to over-agitate the Prosecco.

Pour the mixture into your slush machine, secure the lid, and set it to freeze according to the manufacturer’s directions.

Run for about 45 minutes, or until the drink is icy, smooth, and pourable.
