Ingredients

- Nc'Nean Organic Scotch Single Malt190 ml
- Drambuie110 ml
- Simple Syrup 2:1330 ml
- Water1260 ml
Method

Combine the spirits
Add the Scotch whisky and Drambuie to a large pitcher or mixing container.

Add syrup and water
Stir in the 2:1 simple syrup, then add the water and mix until the batch looks uniform.

Chill in the machine
Pour the mixture into your slush machine and run until it reaches a smooth, icy, pourable consistency.

Dispense into chilled rocks glasses and serve right away for the best texture.
Tips
- Use cold water and chilled bottles if you want the batch to thicken faster in the machine.
