- Alberto Nani Organic Prosecco Extra Dry650 ml
- Sarti Rosa430 ml
- Water600 ml
- Simple Syrup 2:1210 ml

Combine the base
Add the Sarti Rosa, Prosecco, water, and 2:1 simple syrup to a clean mixing container or slush machine bowl.

Stir just until the syrup is fully incorporated, taking care not to agitate the Prosecco more than needed.

Freeze until pourable
Run the mixture in your slush machine until it reaches a smooth, icy consistency, about 45 minutes.

Dispense into chilled glasses and serve right away for the best spritz-like texture.
