- Alberto Nani Organic Prosecco Extra Dry650 ml
- Sarti Rosa430 ml
- Water600 ml
- Simple Syrup 2:1210 ml

Measure the batch
Measure the Prosecco, Sarti Rosa, water, and 2:1 simple syrup according to the finished recipe amounts.

Combine gently
Add the water and simple syrup to the machine bowl or a mixing pitcher, then stir in the Sarti Rosa and Prosecco until evenly combined.

Freeze until pourable
Run in the slush machine until the mixture is icy, smooth, and thick enough to hold a soft mound.

Pour into chilled glasses and serve right away for the best aperitivo-style texture.
