   Add the blanco tequila, lime juice, agave nectar syrup, simple syrup, and water to a large pitcher or mixing container.

   Stir well until the syrups are fully dissolved and the batch looks uniform, with no heavier syrup settling at the bottom.

   Chill the batch

   Refrigerate the mixture until cold before adding it to your machine or freezer-safe setup.

   Run until the drink reaches an icy, pourable consistency, then serve in chilled glasses.

Tips

• Chill the tequila, lime juice, syrups, and water before mixing so the batch reaches serving texture faster.
• Stir or whisk the agave nectar syrup and simple syrup thoroughly with the lime juice before adding the rest of the water.
