- Captain Morgan Dark320 ml
- Lime Juice160 ml
- Angostura Aromatic Bitters10 ml
- Pineapple Juice730 ml
- Orange Juice550 ml
- Finest Call Grenadine SyrupStore-bought works20 ml
- Water30 ml
Method

Combine the base
Add the simple syrup, dark rum, lime juice, bitters, pineapple juice, orange juice, grenadine, and water to a large pitcher or batching container.

Mix thoroughly
Stir until the syrup and juices are fully blended and the color looks even throughout.

Pour the mixture into your slush machine and run until it is icy, smooth, and pourable.

Dispense into chilled glasses and garnish if desired with the optional fruit, mint, cherry, or nutmeg from the source drink.
