You need 220 ml for this batch

Makes 220 ml

You'll need

  • peeled fresh banana220 g

Steps

  1. 1Peel and slice the banana.
  2. 2Blend the banana until completely smooth.
  3. 3Measure out 217 ml of puree for the main recipe.

Method

  1. 1

    Combine the fruit base

Add the fresh kiwi fruit puree, fresh mango puree, pineapple juice, and fresh banana puree to a large pitcher or mixing container.

  2. 2

    Mix until smooth

Whisk thoroughly until the purees are evenly blended with the pineapple juice and the mixture looks consistent.

  3. 3

    Chill and churn

Pour the mixture into the machine and run until it reaches a thick, icy smoothie texture.

  4. 4

    Serve right away

Dispense into chilled glasses and enjoy while the texture is cold and creamy.

Tips

  • Chill the fruit purees and pineapple juice before mixing so the batch thickens faster and tastes fresher.
  • Whisk or shake the mixture well before pouring, since thicker banana and mango purees can settle in the pitcher.
  • For the smoothest texture, make sure the kiwi, mango, and banana purees are fully blended with no large fruit pieces.
  • Serve soon after dispensing for the best creamy, icy consistency.
